#### Section 12-614

Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the State Fire Marshal in a contested case, as defined in Sec. 10-202 of the State Government Article, is entitled to appeal to the Office of Administrative Hearings and to judicial review, as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act.
