## Title 14. Emergency Management

### Subtitle 13. Essential Goods and Services

#### Section 14-1303

A sale or offer for sale of essential goods and services in violation of Sec. 14-1302 of this subtitle is:

(1) an unfair, abusive, or deceptive trade practice, as defined under Title 13 of the Commercial Law Article; and

(2) subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions of Title 13 of the Commercial Law Article, except for the criminal penalties in Sec. 13-411 of the Commercial Law Article.
