This subtitle shall be enforced in accordance with: the usual procedures of the court in which the proceedings are pending; or the rules adopted by the court in which the proceedings are pending. If this subtitle requires that a motion be filed in a court in which no proceeding is pending with respect to the matter, the motion may be filed in any court.
