In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. “Central Repository” has the meaning stated in § 10–101 of the Criminal Procedure Article. “Commission” means a special police commission issued under this subtitle. “Secretary” means the Secretary of State Police. “Special police officer” means an individual who holds a commission issued under this subtitle.
