§ 5–903
Statutes in effect as of October 1, 2026.
(a)
A person may not operate a gun buyback program except in accordance with § 5–902 of this subtitle.
(b)
A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
