### Subtitle 9

#### Section 5-903

(a) A person may not operate a gun buyback program except in accordance with Sec. 5-902 of this subtitle.

(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
