### Subtitle 1. General Provisions

#### Section 10-111

Notwithstanding Sec. 2-110 of this article, the Commission may seek adequate funding in the State budget and employ adequate staffing in order to implement the responsibilities set forth in this title and Title 9, Subtitle 2 of this article.
