### Subtitle 1. Excavation or Demolition Near Underground Facilities

#### Section 12-114

Beginning January 1, 2012, the Authority shall report each year to the Governor and, in accordance with Sec. 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the activities of the Authority and any recommendations of the Authority.
