§ 19–106
Statutes in effect as of October 1, 2026.
(a)
The Board and its counsel each may:
(1)
administer oaths; and
(2)
issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses to testify or to produce other evidence.
(b)
A subpoena issued under this section may be enforced judicially.
