## Title 20. Procurement

### Subtitle 2. Minority Business Enterprise Preferences

#### Section 20-201

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Minority business enterprise" has the meaning stated in Sec. 14-301 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.

(c) "Office" means the Office established under Sec. 20-203 of this subtitle.
