### Subtitle 3. Local Small Business Enterprise Program

#### Section 20-302

(a) By resolution or adopting regulations, the Commission may establish a business participation program in accordance with this subtitle.

(b) The Office established in accordance with Sec. 20-203 of this title shall administer the program.
