In this section, “jurisdiction” means a county, sanitary district, or municipal corporation. This section does not affect §§ 35-138, 35-140, 35-141, and 35-145 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County. The Commission shall set only the rates for water that one jurisdiction supplies within another jurisdiction: on written application by the jurisdiction that receives the water; and in the same way as rates are set for water companies.
