### Subtitle 2. Electric Generation Facility Planning

#### Section 7-227

(a) Notwithstanding any other law, the Commission may not require or allow an electric company to require a customer to authorize the electric company to control the amount of the customer's electricity usage.

(b) A customer may provide consent to participate in a program of an electric company that provides direct load control or other utility manipulation of a customer's electricity usage.
