## Title 8. Telegraph and Telephone Companies

### Subtitle 1. General Provisions

#### Section 8-104

Notwithstanding the provisions of Sec. 8-103(b) of this subtitle, a telegraph or telephone company or a corporation authorized under Sec. 5-410(a)(3) of this article is responsible for damage a person may sustain through the erection, continuance, or use of telegraph, telephone, or electric facilities.
