## Title 1. General Provisions

### Subtitle 1

#### Section 1-104

Any person may vary, by agreement, the effect of any provision in this article, except (1) as provided in this article, (2) the agreement may not affect the rights of persons not parties to or otherwise bound by the agreement, and (3) as provided by Sec. 1-103 of this title.
