### Subtitle 4. Objections, Hearings, and Determination

#### Section 13-403

Any information, matter, or claim required by Sec. 13-402 of this subtitle to be in an objection is waived if not raised in the objection or in an amendment to it in advance of any hearing before the Commissioner or any proceeding for declaratory relief.
