## Title 14. Miscellaneous Rules

### Subtitle 10

#### Section 14-1005

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a transfer-on-death deed shall comply with Sec. 4-101 of this article.

(b) A transfer-on-death deed shall state that the transfer to the designated beneficiary is to occur at the transferor's death.
