## Title 3. Recordation

### Subtitle 1. General Rules and Exceptions

#### Section 3-103

The proper jurisdiction for recording all deeds or other instruments referred to in Sec.Sec. 3-101 and 3-102 is as follows:

(1) In the county where the land affected by the deed or instrument lies; or

(2) If the land lies in more than one county, in all of such counties.
