§ 8A–1901Copy Citation

No provision of this title shall be deemed to be a bar to the applicability of supplementary rights afforded by any public local law enacted by the General Assembly or any ordinance or any local law enacted by any municipality or political subdivision of this State; provided, however, that no such law can diminish or limit any right or remedy granted under the provisions of this title.

(a)
To the extent that a violation of any provision of this title affects a resident or prospective resident, that violation shall be within the scope of the enforcement duties and powers of the Division of Consumer Protection of the Office of the Attorney General, as described in Title 13 of the Commercial Law Article.

The provisions of this title shall otherwise be enforced by each agency of the State within the scope of its authority.
