Title 8A. Mobile Home Parks

Subtitle 6. Sales and Transfer of Mobile Homes

A park owner may not:

(1)

Prevent a resident from selling his mobile home in the park; and

(2)

Require the resident to remove the mobile home from the park because of the sale of the mobile home.
