Title 10. Board of Public Works -- Miscellaneous Provisions

Subtitle 2. General Provisions

(a)

The Board may appoint a full-time secretary.

(b)

The secretary serves at the pleasure of the Board.

(c)

The secretary:

(1)

must be a person of high character and integrity; and

(2)

shall be appointed on the basis of executive skill and ability.
