## Title 14. Preferences

### Subtitle 1. Preferences to Benefit Disadvantaged Individuals

#### Section 14-102

(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Division II, a State or State aided or controlled entity shall buy supplies and services in accordance with Sec. 14-103 of this subtitle.

(b) The procurement of services from the Employment Works Program or an Employment Works Program vendor is not subject to the cost savings requirements of Sec. 13-405 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article.
