## Title 17. Special Provisions -- State and Local Subdivisions

### Subtitle 5. Emaryland Marketplace

#### Section 17-501

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "eMaryland Marketplace" has the meaning stated in Sec. 13-101 of this article.

(c) "Procurement" means procurement by competitive sealed bidding, competitive sealed proposals, or noncompetitive negotiation.
