Title 19. Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy

Subtitle 1

(a)

The provisions of this title are to be liberally construed to accomplish its objectives and purposes.

(b)

For purposes of administration, the Commission shall construe the provisions of this title.

(c)

A decision of the Commission is subject to judicial review under § 19-113 of this title.
