## Title 7. Appropriations

### Subtitle 1. State Operating Budget

#### Section 7-101

(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Proposed budget" means:

  (1) the budget bill; and

  (2) the budget books and other documents that support the budget bill.

(c) "Secretary" means the Secretary of Budget and Management.
