The Committee consists of the following 7 members: 1 individual appointed by the Governor; as ex officio members: the Comptroller; the Treasurer; the Secretary of Budget and Management; and the Secretary of Transportation; and as nonvoting members: the chair of the Capital Budget Subcommittee of the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee; and the chair of the Capital Budget Subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee.
