### Subtitle 1. General Obligation Debt

#### Section 8-130

The Department of Budget and Management, with the approval of the Board, shall adopt regulations in accordance with Title 10, Subtitle 1 of the State Government Article to implement the provisions of Sec.Sec. 8-128 and 8-129 of this subtitle.
