## Title 10. Governmental Procedures

### Subtitle 14A

#### Section 10-14A-04

A member of the Foreign Service or the spouse of a member of the Foreign Service that is authorized to practice under Sec. 10-14A-03 of this subtitle:

(1) may practice to the same extent and in the same capacity as an individual licensed by a licensing authority in the State, including supervising an individual who is licensed in the State who is required to practice under supervision; and

(2) is subject to the same disciplinary authority as an individual licensed by a licensing authority in the State.
