A member of the Foreign Service or the spouse of a member of the Foreign Service that is authorized to practice under § 10–14A–03 of this subtitle: may practice to the same extent and in the same capacity as an individual licensed by a licensing authority in the State, including supervising an individual who is licensed in the State who is required to practice under supervision; and is subject to the same disciplinary authority as an individual licensed by a licensing authority in the State.
