(a)
In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b)
“Active service member” has the meaning stated in § 9–901 of this article.
(c)
“License” means a license, permit, certification, registration, or other legal authorization required for engaging in an occupation or a profession.
(d)
“Licensing authority” means an agency of the State that issues a license.
