## Title 10. Governmental Procedures

### Subtitle 14B

#### Section 10-14B-04

An active service member or spouse of an active service member that is authorized to practice under Sec. 10-14B-03 of this subtitle:

(1) may practice to the same extent and in the same capacity as an individual licensed by a licensing authority in the State, including supervising an individual who is licensed in the State who is required to practice under supervision; and

(2) is subject to the same disciplinary authority of a licensing authority as an individual licensed by the licensing authority in the State.
