### Subtitle 16. Maryland Uniform Electronic Legal Materials Act

#### Section 10-1607

An official publisher of legal material in an electronic record that is or was designated as official under Sec. 10-1603 of this subtitle shall ensure that the legal material is reasonably available for use by the public on a permanent basis.
