Title 11. Consolidated Procedures for Development Permits

Subtitle 4

The State master application form shall provide:

(1)

the basic information about a development project that is common to and needed by all or most of the State units that issue development permits; and

(2)

space in which to:

(i)

list each State unit from which a development permit is requested; and

(ii)

describe each development permit.
