Title 2. General Assembly

Subtitle 12. Staff and Services -- Department of Legislative Services

The Department shall:

(1)

keep a current list of the public local laws of the State;

(2)

keep the list accessible to the members of the General Assembly at all times; and

(3)

subject to § 2–1257 of this subtitle, annually submit the list to the General Assembly.
