The Department shall: annually make: a list that includes the name, position, term of office, and salary of each civil officer whom the Governor appointed during the preceding calendar year; and a list that includes the name, position, term of office, and salary of each civil officer whose term expires during the current calendar year; send a copy of each list to each member of the General Assembly; and make the lists available to any person who requests them; and include on the lists only civil officers whom the Governor appoints, subject to the approval of the Senate or the House of Delegates.
