#### Section 2-1801

(a) Privileges from testifying for members of the General Assembly are found in Sec. 9-122 of the Courts Article.

(b) Provisions relating to civil immunity for acts and omissions in the performance of constituent services by members of the General Assembly are found in Sec. 5-525 and Sec. 5-526 of the Courts Article.
