A person may not coerce, intimidate, threaten, interfere with, or retaliate against any person: in the exercise or enjoyment of any right granted or protected by this subtitle; because a person has exercised or enjoyed any right granted or protected by this subtitle; or because a person has aided or encouraged any other person in the exercise or enjoyment of any right granted or protected by this subtitle.
