The Board shall appoint up to three deputy directors. The deputy directors: are responsible to and serve at the pleasure of the Board; must have knowledge of and experience with labor issues; must be attorneys who: are licensed by the State at the time of appointment; or will become licensed by the State within 12 months after the date of appointment; and are entitled to the salary provided in the State budget.
