The Commission consists of the following 11 members: the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Maryland; a member of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate; a member of the House of Delegates appointed by the Speaker of the House; the Comptroller; the Treasurer who may appoint, as the Treasurer’s designee, a deputy treasurer; the Secretary of General Services; the President of The Johns Hopkins University or a designee; the President of the Maryland Historical Society; the President of the St. John’s College or a designee; the Chancellor of the University System of Maryland or a designee; and the President of the Morgan State University or a designee.
