Title 9. Miscellaneous Executive Agencies

Subtitle 1. State Lottery and Gaming Control Agency

(a)

With the approval of the Commission, the Director may adopt regulations of the Agency.

(b)

The regulations of the Agency shall provide for:

(1)

all matters that are necessary or desirable for the efficient and economical operation and administration of the State lottery; and

(2)

the convenience of buyers of State lottery tickets and shares and of the holders of a winning ticket or share.
