Subtitle 20D. Regulated Sustainable Energy Contracts

The Administration may revoke the authorization of a qualified contractor under this subtitle if the Administration determines that:

(1)

the qualified contractor is not complying with the terms of the authorization;

(2)

there is an excessive number of consumer complaints; or

(3)

the authorization is no longer serving the purpose of this subtitle.
