The Board shall reinstate the license of an individual who for any reason has failed to renew the license if the individual: applies to the Board for reinstatement of the license within the period of time established by the Board; meets the renewal requirements of § 9–2423 of this subtitle; and pays to the Board the renewal fee and the reinstatement fee set by the Board.
