## Title 9. Miscellaneous Executive Agencies

### Subtitle 41. Department of Social and Economic Mobility

#### Section 9-4105

On or before December 1, 2026, and each year thereafter, the Department shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with Sec. 2-1257 of this article, the General Assembly on:

(1) the work of the Department in the immediately preceding year; and

(2) recommended changes to laws or policies to promote social equity.
