## Title 22. Employees' and Teachers' Retirement Systems

### Subtitle 1. Definitions and General Provisions

#### Section 22-101

(a) In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) "Selection A (Additional member contributions)" means the retirement selection described in Sec. 22-219 of this title.

(c) "Selection B (Limited cost-of-living adjustment)" means the retirement selection described in Sec. 22-220 of this title.

(d) "Selection C (Combination formula)" means the retirement selection described in Sec. 22-221 of this title.

#### Section 22-102

This title applies to:

(1) the Employees' Retirement System; and

(2) the Teachers' Retirement System.
