## Title 22. Employees' and Teachers' Retirement Systems

### Subtitle 2. Membership

#### Section 22-213

On or after January 1, 2005, a former member who has elected a vested allowance under Sec. 29-302 of this article may not elect to be vested in:

(1) the Employees' Pension System, if a former member of the Employees' Retirement System; or

(2) the Teachers' Pension System, if a former member of the Teachers' Retirement System.
