### Subtitle 1. Participation in Employees' Systems

#### Section 31-106.1

The only employees of the Maryland African American Museum Corporation who are eligible to participate in the Employees' Pension System under this subtitle are the Executive Director and the regular full-time employees employed by the Maryland African American Museum Corporation under Sec. 9-2604 of the State Government Article.
