## Title 31. Participating Governmental Units

### Subtitle 2A. Participation in the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System

#### Section 31-2A-04

If a law enforcement officer, firefighter, emergency medical technician, or paramedic joins the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System on the effective date, the member shall receive 100% service credit for the member's employment with the participating governmental unit before the effective date.
