Title 4. Personnel Management

Subtitle 1. General Provisions

For efficiency and economy in State government, the Secretary shall:

(1)

conduct reviews of positions in the State Personnel Management System; and

(2)

recommend to the appointing authority a plan of reorganization, reassignment, or elimination of the positions reviewed.
