Title 5. Employee Rights and Protections

Subtitle 1. Notice of Personnel Provisions to State Personnel Management Employees

The head of each principal unit shall notify the employees in the unit of the location, at the work site, of a copy of:

(1)

this Division I of this article; and

(2)

all applicable personnel policies, guidelines, and regulations.
