## Title 9. Leave Time and Holidays

### Subtitle 5. Sick Leave

#### Section 9-506

(a) An employee may accumulate unused sick leave and use as permitted by Sec. 9-501(b) of this subtitle.

(b) Except as otherwise provided by law, an employee whose State employment terminates for any reason forfeits all unused sick leave.
